Buying my first home was an exciting yet scary process. Chris made me feel comfortable with that process and his upbeat positive attitude kept it fun. Being a single women safety is very important to me. His background and knowledge about different neighborhoods, how safe they were and the  street traffic in the area was very valuable to me! His listened and addressed all my concerns in a timely manner and checked in frequently just to keep me in the loop. Chris worked very hard to find me the perfect property. I love my first home!

Chris was wonderful to work with. As a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was doing. He was never put out with my ten million questions. He even talked to my mom a dozen or so times when she had questions for me that I could not answer. He really put a lot of effort into to helping us   find a house that fit my budget and met our needs. Which was no easy task in this market, and me wanting only what I want. We found our perfect house. He stayed in close contact with me and walked me through the entire process. We ran into to some unusual difficulties with our seller, and things came close to unraveling at closing time. Chris was our champion, he stuck to it, pulled in his resources and as a team they got us through it. We ended up with a wonderful house that is far more perfect than I ever imagined. I could not be happier!
